Data Entry Admin – Tigard, OR

Williston Financial Group seeks a Data Entry Admin to join our team.  The Data Entry Admin will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of agency database by entering information and ensuring that data is correct. This is a temporary position with potential for regular full time employment for the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter information and data accurately into the agency database
  • Perform data entry into other MS formats (Excel, etc. ) as required
  • Verify accuracy of data imputed into the database.
  • Track documents received and completion dates.
  • Communicate with manager any problems with the database.
  • Complete any reports as requested.
  • Clerical duties including filing documents as assigned.


Skills/Qualifications:

  • H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • Strong data entry skills – both alpha and numeric.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Strong keyboarding skills.
  • Experience with MS Office required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Title Insurance experience.
